Product Guarantee Policy

At One Strong Southern Girl we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and legendary customer service. We understand the importance of satisfaction and confidence in your purchases, especially when it comes to fitness equipment. That's why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Eligibility:

  • The 14-day period begins on the date of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Return Process:

  • In some cases we will require that you return the item.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day period. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the product.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (it will be taken out of your refund) unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized resellers are not covered by this policy.

Exchanges

If you decide you'd like to exchange your exercise platform for a different color please contact us to make arrangements.

We can only offer an exchange for another color one time.  The replacement item will be shipped upon receipt of the original item undamaged and in its original packaging.

Defects

We sincerely apologize if for some reason you receive a product that is damaged or defective. Please contact us so that we can ship you a replacement.
