I love my Step bench!

"I love my Step bench! I bought it with 6 risers and a mat to use for strength training when I wasn't otherwise using it for step areobics. So far I've only used it for cardio and with one set of risers. I love the pretty pink color! My old step bench from the early 90's was starting to slip on the floor. I needed a safer upgrade. My One Strong Southern Girl Step bench feels pretty secure."
